For FHE, we decided to act out Ammon saving the flocks for King Lamoni.
Daddy was chosen to be the Lamanites who lost their arms.
Gavin and Riley had a fun time being Ammon.

That is a fabulous idea! I love it.
My kids love acting out stories. Ammon is one of their favorites, along with David and Goliath. Another idea when they get a little older is drawing/coloring stories. Their favorite is The Tree of Life. I love it when FHE is fun and the kids look forward to doing it. Each week we take turns conducting and picking everything, including the lesson. We assist of course, but it has been really effective. They can't wait until it's their turn.
